What is a Bootcamp?

A small group fitness class that takes place outside where you are with other people who are motivated to get in the best shape of their lives. These bootcamps are high in intensity and high in results. It will challenge your entire body, blasting away unwanted fat and building lean muscle in the process.

Renew Your Strength Bootcamps are quick moving and exciting, extremely educational, and conducted by one of the area's best personal trainers.

Each participant will be performing a different exercise for a set amount of time, then taking a brief rest. Several stations of exercises are set up to ensure a tremendous full body workout that will improve your flexibility, strength, balance, and cardiovascular conditioning.
